This is the beginning of the year event where students participating in music ensembles begin preparations for the new school year.

Music camp is REQUIRED for all students who wish to participate in an ensemble.

Dates

August 8-10, 2026

Camp Week

Plan for three days of highly engaged rehearsals mixed with fun social events. Placements for ensembles and auditions for select groups will take place during camp. Please REGISTER by Friday, July 24, 2026.

Check In

All new and returning music students must check in with Student Life on Tuesday, Aug. 4 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. in the Atrium. Visit waldorf.edu/arrival for more information.

Orientation

Orientation activities begin at 4 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 10 and run through Tuesday, Aug. 11. These are required activities that all first-year students must attend.

Fees

The camp fee of $100 will be collected during Music Camp, along with any additional fees associated with instrumental rental or otherwise (listed on the registration portal).
