Examines the diversity of homeland security partners, their capabilities, strengths, and improvement areas in terms of collaborative preparedness and response.

Objectives

  1. Explore partnerships that address homeland security core mission areas.
  2. Assess first responders' interaction with other agencies during an incident.
  3. Outline roles of non-first responders during an incident.
  4. Distinguish government-level homeland security core capabilities during an incident.
  5. Analyze national assets utilized during a homeland security incident.
  6. Assess agency/organizational roles during a domestic terrorism incident.
