Individual Visits
Schedule a day with just you and your guests to see how Waldorf is perfect for you! This is a personalized day to meet with people in your areas of interest. Individual visits will last 3+ hours depending on your number of interests.
Individual visits can be scheduled any day Monday through Friday at 9 a.m. or 1 p.m. Any other days or times can be arranged directly with your admissions counselor.

Guests can request the following:
- Admittance to an athletic/fine art event
- Complimentary lunch
- Opportunities to attend a fine arts rehearsal, athletic practice, student group meeting or sit in on a class.
Virtual Campus Visit
Schedule a personalized Virtual Campus Visit for you and your parents to see if Waldorf University is the right fit for you!
This virtual visit will help you with your college search process in situations where visiting campus isn't possible. Tailored to your interests, the visit will last 1.5 hours or longer depending on your number of interests.
These visits are available Monday through Friday between 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Central Standard Time.
During the Virtual Campus Visit
- Visit with your Personal Admissions Rep - general admissions info and scholarship info!
- Visit with a Faculty Member in your area of interest
- Visit with a Program Director or Athletic Coach
- Experience a brief virtual tour of campus
