After receiving her degree, she was placed with Hebei Normal University to teach university level English for one year. It is during this time that she discovered her love of travel and found her passion in working with international students. Megan returned to Iowa to obtain her Master's Degree in Public Administration, while doing shorter teaching assignments in both Istanbul and Hong Kong. She also took a year to return to China to study Mandarin Chinese. Upon completing her studies, she returned to Iowa and started at Luther College as their International Student Services Intern. She was then given the opportunity to move to Bemidji, Minn., where she worked as their International Recruiter. Megan is now excited to move back home and start a new chapter as the International Coordinator at Waldorf University.
