Prior to coming to Waldorf University as Vice President for Online Operations and Dean of Online Programs, Jeffrey served as Provost and Chief Academic Officer at Columbia Southern University for five and a half years. Prior to this appointment, he retired from Auburn University at Montgomery as Associate Provost for Academic and Student Affairs and Professor Emeritus of Biology and Medical Technology after 29 years of service. During this time at Auburn Montgomery, he also served as Director of the Division of Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Director of the Medical Technology Program and a tenured professor. While at Auburn Montgomery, he co-authored more than 30 pier-reviewed research articles, was selected as the AUM Distinguished Teaching Professor (2006-2009), received the AUM School of Sciences Junior Faculty Achievement Award and served as the Spring 2007 Commencement Speaker at AUM.
