Heather Holt, M.B.A.

In addition to teaching at Waldorf University, Heather Holt is the lead faculty member in homeland security at Columbia Southern University. She's developed several courses for the undergraduate homeland security program.

Holt has over 11 years of emergency management and chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and high yield explosives experience in training, response, recovery, mitigation, decontamination, passive and active defense for military installations, and individual warfighters.

Some of her major achievements and awards include Civilian and Airmen quarterly and annual Installation awards for Nellis Air Force Base, Kadena Air Base, and Camp Smedley D. Butler. Additionally, Holt received the FY2011 Army Antiterrorism Facility Installation Award, John L. Levitow Distinguished Graduate, and Outstanding Performer award for Unit Compliance Inspections, Operational Readiness Inspections, and Silver Flag CBRNE Exercises.
