Dr. Debra Lindh is an Adjunct Professor of Organizational Leadership. Dr. Lindh joined the Waldorf Organizational Leadership faculty in winter 2015 and developed Waldorf Organizational Leadership courses in fall 2014. Dr. Lindh teaches Personal Leadership Development and Leadership Development and Coaching.
Dr. Lindh is a serial entrepreneur and President and Founder of the Mindful Effect, LLC, a consultancy firm providing practical mindfulness training, workshops, and keynotes to organizations, groups, and individuals in a variety of industries within the for-profit and non-profit sectors. A reputation for strategically taking businesses from concept to launch, Dr. Lindh has held several business roles for over 15 years and has received recognition for her innovative contributions from organizations such as the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, University of Arizona School of Medicine, American Psychological Association Academy of Management, Organization Development Network, and Association for Talent Development.
Dr. Lindh is the 2013 Recipient of the Organization Development Network’s Best Student Research Paper Award for her doctoral applied research in employee stress, mindfulness practices and innovative measurements rooted in quantum physics, chairs the Organization Development Network Student Research Colloquium and Student Paper Presentation Colloquium, and is a member of the American Psychological Association and Organization Development Network.
