Ebenhoe joined the Warriors after spending seven years as head coach at Aquinas High School in La Crosse, Wis. where she led the Blugolds to the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) Division 3 state tournament during the 2016 season and produced the best set record in Mississippi Valley Conference (MVC) history. She guided Aquinas to five regional championships and the 2016 sectional title.
Aquinas captured MVC championships in 2014 and 2016, resulting in Ebenhoe being honored as MVC Coach of the Year during both seasons. In addition, she was tabbed as the 2014 La Crosse Tribune Coach of the Year. Ebenhoe has also coached the V-Hawk Xtreme – a 14-and-under club volleyball team – at Viterbo University since 2010.
While at Aquinas, Ebenhoe coached four all-state selections, 33 all-conference players and 16 players who earned all-Tribune recognition. A middle school and high school science teacher at Aquinas since 2009, Ebenhoe possesses a strong commitment to academics and her past players earned more than 100 academic awards. In 2016, the Blugolds received the WIAA State Tournament Honorable Mention Sportsmanship Award.
A La Crosse native, Ebenhoe graduated from Aquinas in 2005. She went on to attend Marquette University, graduating in 2009 with a bachelor’s of science degree in physics and cum laude distinction. In 2017, she earned a master’s of education degree with an emphasis in positive coaching from the University of Missouri.
Ebenhoe resides in Forest City with her husband, Matt.
