Brent has 24 years of work experience in healthcare and human services. First six were in North and South Dakota in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, senior living, rehab agencies, and home health. Last 18 in the Executive role of an agency providing services/supports for people with intellectual disabilities. The agency was free-standing and became a part of larger multi-state corporation.
Brent is married to Robin and has three children – Madeline graduated from college this past spring, Lydia will be a sophomore in college this fall and Calvin will be a sophomore at Forest City High School. Madeline and Lydia had the great opportunity to take classes at Waldorf during high school and benefited greatly from that experience. His wife works at Forest City High School in an administrative support capacity in the counseling office and acts as registrar. They've made Forest City their home for the past 18 years.
Brent enjoys a wide variety of things to do with free time, all of which involve his family, including travel, learning, sports and outdoor activities. He also volunteers for community organizations when possible.
