All faculty, staff and residential students are issued Waldorf University email accounts. Waldorf has adopted email communication as the official communication tool for campus information. All residential students are required to use their Waldorf assigned email account for communication with faculty, students and administrative offices. Important announcements regarding class schedules and cancellation, financial aid, registration information, business office deadlines and other important information will be sent to all students via email. It is vital for students to check their Waldorf email accounts on a regular basis.

All Waldorf faculty, staff and residential student email addresses are accessible through the Global Address List in their Outlook Address book. Personal Address book options can be added for recording email addresses of family and friends.

Your Waldorf University email account will not last forever. Accounts for graduates will continue for six months after graduation. Those residential students transferring from Waldorf have one week from their date of transfer. Residential students dismissed from Waldorf will have their accounts deleted immediately.

Waldorf faculty, staff and residential students can easily access their email accounts from computers off campus through Outlook Web Access.
