Don’t let her last name fool you – this “Humble” girl from a small town in Minnesota unleased her spunk and creativity when she came to Waldorf.
Diana says she grew up never really realizing her potential until she got to college. Coming to Waldorf on a Warrior Women in Leadership scholarship allowed her to begin believing in herself and pushing to try new things.
She succeeded. As a sophomore, Diana is already in a number of leadership positions: marketing director for Waldorf’s student run radio station KZOW 91.9, editor of Waldorf’s Literary Review, secretary of the Alpha Chi honors club and treasurer of the Warrior Writing Club. But don’t think all this success is going to her head….her radio show is called “Slice of Humble Pie.”)
Diana is applying for internships at the Minnesota Zoo and Mayo Clinic. Until then, she will enjoy her time as a busy student at Waldorf and the happy mother of Snickers the Hedgehog.
