Marketing/Graphics Coordinator

Reports to:Director of Business Development
Schedule:Monday-Friday Flexible hours per company policy Other days and hours may be necessary
Travel:May be required

The primary function of this position is to support the business development and other departments by organizing marketing projects and producing collateral material and presentations

Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinates the preparation (includes typing, adding graphics, reproduction, binding, etc.) of proposals and pre-qualification packages in a timely, accurate, professional, and complete manner. Assists in developing and reworking all company brochures, project sheets, advertising, and promotional programs.
Prepares award submissions.
Designs and/or produces materials needed by other departments, i.e. advertisements, presentations, newsletters, etc.
Designs and prepares white papers and newsletters.
Maintains, updates, and organizes project images.
Assists in maintaining content of Company website.
Identifies new methodologies and technologies to keep the collateral material “current”. Coordinates the preparation (includes filming, editing, and planning/preparing content) of video and photography to be used for marketing and other business purposes as needed, including social media, advertising, and other external and internal business communications as needed
Attend regular Business Development meetings and other meetings as requested
The above duties would be performed for Henkel Construction Company and its subsidiaries (Accord Architecture).
Work in conjunction with the Business Development Director and other Business Development Representatives.
Work with marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies, including digital and print advertising, community outreach, and sponsorships.
Perform additional assignments per supervisor's and President's direction.

Demonstrated problem solving skills.
Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal.
Excellent computer skills.
Excellent video and photography skills, including video/photo editing/production.
Ability to build consensus.
Ability to convey information and ideas clearly to individuals in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message
Proven leadership skills, able to seek creative ways of doing things, able to support others to achieve goals and take charge when appropriate
Must view all employees as customers.
Acts as a role model within and outside the company.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, graphic presentation, computer skills including word processing, InDesign, and Power Point or Prezi applications, and interpersonal skills are essential. Must have ability to plan own work schedule.
