Land Stewardship Intern

Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation
Iowa

Position Duties / Responsibilities

The Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation is looking for bright, talented, and hard-working college students seeking a paid internship that offers outstanding experience — plus the knowledge that they’re helping restore and protect Iowa’s natural resources.

We’re looking for interns in environmental fields of study (Biological sciences, Animal Ecology, Landscape Architecture, etc.) who can work for a period of 12 weeks during the summer of 2019. The interns work alongside experts, gain hands-on experience with natural land management (prairies, wetlands, savannas, and other natural areas), learn about Iowa’s flora and fauna, work with a fun team, and enjoy the outdoors. INHF will be hiring 8-10 interns for the statewide intern crew.

For more information about INHF, our internship program, and how to apply, visit http://www.inhf.org/…/internshi…/statewide-land-stewardship/. The application deadline for the 2019 statewide intern crew is January 20th, 2019.
