All-State Workshops and Master Classes

Held monthly throughout the academic year, the Department of Music faculty provide various solo and ensemble master classes designed to assist local and area high school directors and their students in achieving personal and ensemble All-State goals. Master Class opportunities are full-day and include meals, private lessons, ensemble preparation, adjudication, ending with a concert opportunity. Guest clinicians also take time to work with high school directors to strengthen their programs, address practice and performance technique and encourage increased proficiency in their programs.


  • Registration - $15.00 per School/regardless of number of students
    • Note: registration fee is per masterclass
  • Lunch included
  • These Masterclasses will focus on
    • technical development
    • best ideas for effective practice
    • preparation for Solo-Small Ensemble Festival and other auditions
  • Participants should bring music/etudes currently being studied
