Thursday, November 1 Register
8 p.m. Candidate Review & Coronation – Join Waldorf students for this highlight of homecoming weekend. The event features a video montage of the homecoming court candidates created by the Communications Department, voting by the student body for king and queen and crowning the 2018 Homecoming King and Queen. (Atrium)

Friday, November 2
7 a.m.-8 p.m. Warrior Crossing Open (Atrium)
8 a.m.-5 p.m. Luise V. Hanson Library and Archives Open – View items from Waldorf’s history on display in the Archives. (Second Floor).
9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Waldorf Bookstore Open (Voss Hall)
4-5:30 p.m. Registration – Pick up your tickets! (Atrium Lobby)
​4:45-5:30 p.m. Athletic Hall of Fame Registration and Reception* – Pick up your tickets! Advance tickets needed. (Salveson Lobby)
5 p.m. Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Banquet* – Reception begins at 5 p.m, dinner served at 5:30 p.m. Join us as we induct Scott Pitcher ’93 (baseball), Jenny Gilbertson ’86 (softball) and Valerie Cogollo Martinez ’09 (women's golf) into the Waldorf Athletic Hall of Fame. (Salveson Ballroom)
5-8 p.m. Informal Warrior Gatherings – Opportunity for alums of all ages to connect and share their stories. (Area Restaurants)
7:30 p.m. Alumni Board of Director's Dinner (Paddler's Tap)
8 p.m. Warrior Bonfire/Pep Fest – Join athletic teams, cheerleaders and students at this non-alcoholic event as they fire up for homecoming festivities. (Fieldhouse South Parking Lot)

Saturday, November 3
7:30-8:15 a.m. "Bold & Bright" 5K Run/Walk Registration – Register in advance at waldorf.edu/Homecoming5K. (Salveson Lobby)
8:30 a.m. "Bold & Bright 5K Run/Walk – Hosted by the Waldorf Track & Cross Country teams.
8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Registration – Pick up your tickets! (Atrium Lobby)
8:30 a.m. Coffee (Atrium)
9-10:30 a.m. Spirit Walk/Banner Voting – Take a stroll through upper campus to vote on your favorite student-created banner and enjoy being surrounded by awesome Warrior pride! (Upper Campus, Lund Pond)
9-11 a.m. Waldorf Oral History Project – Hosted by the Waldorf University Historical Society. (First floor Thorson)
9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Waldorf Bookstore Open (Voss Hall)
9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Luise V. Hanson Library and Archives Open – Tour the Luise V. Hanson Library and view items from Waldorf’s history and help identify photos in the Archives. (Second Floor)

 Tailgating/Carnival Activities begin – Family friendly atmosphere. Alums are welcome and encouraged to bring their own grills, tents, food, beverages, etc. Lunch will also be available (for purchase). Carnival activities will be provided by Waldorf's Rotaract Club for kids (and kids-at-heart) to enjoy! (Bolstorf Field)
11 a.m. 50th Class Reunion Lunch: Class of 1968* – Members of the 50th reunion class are invited to a special lunch in the Ballroom with time to share and connect with classmates. Advance tickets needed. (Salveson Ballroom)
11 a.m. All-Class Alumni Luncheon* –  Classes 1948, 1953, 1958, 1963, 1968, 1973, 1978, 1983, 1988, 1993, 1998, 2003, 2008 and 2013 will celebrate their class reunion, however, all alumni are welcome to attend the luncheon. Advance tickets needed. (Atrium)
11:15 a.m. Communications Department BBQ – Open to alums who were Communications Majors. (outside Atrium entrance) 
12:15-12:45 p.m. Class Reunion Photos (Atrium)
1 p.m. Homecoming Football Game – Cheer on the Warriors as they take on Mayville State and enjoy some half-time entertainment including recognition of the newest members of the Waldorf University Athletic Hall of Fame and honoring the Homecoming King and Queen! (Bolstorff Field)
1:30 p.m. Fine Arts Center Tour
1-4 p.m. Annual Homecoming Art and Craft Fair – Enjoy works of art for sale by alumni, Waldorf faculty/staff and friends. If you are interested in having a booth to display your work, please fill out this form and contact the alumni office at alumni@waldorf.edu. Set-up starts at 12 p.m. (Salveson lobby)
4-5 p.m. Alumni Choir Sing-a-Long – Whether you join the current choir and fellow alumni in singing some familiar songs of Waldorf’s past or just enjoy the beautiful music, all are welcome to attend this favorite event. (Recital Hall)
5:30 p.m. Alumni Distinguished Service Award Recognition Event* – All are invited to this special event as we hear from President Bob Alsop and recognize the 2018 Alumni Distinguished Service Award honorees, Ardelle Osnes ’48 and Dr. Laura Friesenborg ’95 and the 2018 Recent Alumni Award for Service recipient, William Stokes ’08. Advance tickets needed. (Salveson Ballroom)
6-7:30 p.m. Informal Dining Option – Not ready to leave campus? Join us for a casual diner, hosted by the Alumni Board of Directors, to enjoy some good food and great fellowship. Advance tickets needed. (Atrium)
8 p.m. "9-Pin, No Tap" Bowling Tournament – Join the Waldorf Bowling Team's fundraiser for a chance to win a cash prize! $40 early-bird registration fee, $50 after October 20. Email Coach Tony Manna at tony.manna@waldorf.edu for more information or to get registered. Check-in for participants is at 7 p.m. (Forest City Superbowl)

Sunday, November 4
9:15 a.m. Homecoming Worship Service at Immanuel Lutheran Church** - Join other Waldorf alumni and members of Immanuel for worship and song. All are welcome. (Immanuel)
1 p.m. Waldorf Homecoming Music Concert - The Waldorf Choir and Wind Symphony present their homecoming concert. (Fine Arts Center)
