Thursday, October 17Register
8 p.m. Candidate Review & Coronation – Join Waldorf students for this highlight of homecoming weekend. The event features a video montage of the homecoming court candidates created by the Communications Department, voting by the student body for king and queen and crowning the 2019 Homecoming King and Queen. Friday, October 18
7 a.m.-9 p.m. Warrior Crossing Open (Atrium)
8 a.m.-5 p.m. Luise V. Hanson Library and Archives Open – View items from Waldorf’s history on display in the Archives. (Second Floor).
9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Waldorf Bookstore Open (Voss Hall)
4-5:30 p.m. General Homecoming Registration – Pick up your tickets! (Atrium Lobby)
​4:45-5:30 p.m. Athletic Hall of Fame Registration and Fellowship* – Pick up your tickets! Advance tickets needed. (Boman Fine Arts Center Lobby)
5:30 p.m. Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Banquet* – Join us as we induct Perry Laures ’84 (football), Beth (Skogen) Van Roekel ’99 (basketball/softball), Brady (Stumpff) Goerdt ’01 (softball) and Patrick Jackson ’89 (football) into the Waldorf Athletic Hall of Fame. (Boman Fine Arts Center Leadership Mezzanine)
7:30 p.m. Alumni Board of Director's Dinner (Atrium Conference Room)
8 p.m. Warrior Bonfire/Pep Fest – Join athletic teams, cheerleaders and students at this non-alcoholic event as they fire up for homecoming festivities. (Fieldhouse South Parking Lot)

Saturday, October 19
7:30-8:15 a.m. Homecoming 5K Run/Walk Registration – Register in advance at (Fieldhouse)
8 a.m.-2 p.m. Self guided Tours of Boman Fine Arts Center (Boman Fine Arts Center)
8 a.m.-5 p.m. Luise V. Hanson Library and Archives Open – Tour the Luise V. Hanson Library and view items from Waldorf’s history and help identify photos in the Archives. (Second Floor)
8:30 a.m. Homecoming 5K Run/Walk – Hosted by the Waldorf Track team.
8:30 a.m.-2 p.m. General Homecoming Registration – Pick up your tickets! (Atrium Lobby)
8:30-10:30 a.m. Coffee (Atrium)
9 a.m.-4 p.m. Waldorf Bookstore Open (Voss Hall)
9-11:30 a.m. Annual Homecoming Art and Craft Fair – Enjoy works of art for sale by alumni, Waldorf faculty/staff and friends. If you are interested in having a booth to display your work, please fill out this form and contact the alumni office at Set-up starts at 8 a.m. (Salveson lobby)
9:30 a.m. Tailgating/Carnival Activities begin – Family friendly atmosphere. Alums are welcome and encouraged to bring their own grills, tents, food, beverages, etc. Carnival activities will be provided by Waldorf's Rotaract Club for kids (and kids-at-heart) to enjoy! (Outside Bolstorf Field)
9:30 a.m. Pancake Breakfast – Hosted by the Waldorf University Track & Field teams. (Bolstorff Field/Concessions)
10 a.m. Waldorf History Presentation – Hosted by the Waldorf University History Club. (Small Pit)
10:30 a.m. Campus Scavenger Hunt/Photobooth (Upper Campus)
10:30 a.m. Campus Tour (Meet in front of Waldorf Bookstore)
11 a.m. Alumni Tent (Outside Bolstorff Field)
11:30 a.m. 50th Class Reunion Lunch: Class of 1969* – Members of the 50th reunion class are invited to a special lunch in the Ballroom with time to share and connect with classmates. Advance tickets needed. (Salveson Ballroom)
12 p.m. All-Class Alumni Luncheon* – Classes 1949, 1954, 1959, 1964, 1969, 1974, 1979, 1984, 1989, 1994, 1999, 2004, 2009 and 2014 will celebrate their class reunion, however, all alumni are welcome to attend the luncheon. Advance tickets needed. (Atrium)
12:15 a.m. Communications Department BBQ – Open to alums who were Communications Majors. (outside Atrium entrance) 
12:30-1 p.m. Class Reunion Photos (Atrium)
1 p.m. Campus Tour (Meet in front of Waldorf Bookstore)
2 p.m. Homecoming Football Game – Cheer on the Warriors as they take on Dakota State University and enjoy some half-time entertainment including recognition of the newest members of the Waldorf University Athletic Hall of Fame, honoring this year's grand warrior Nancy Olson ’75 and honoring the Homecoming King and Queen! (Bolstorff Field)
5-6 p.m. Alumni Choir Sing-a-Long – Whether you join the current choir and fellow alumni in singing some familiar songs of Waldorf’s past or just enjoy the beautiful music, all are welcome to attend this favorite event. (Recital Hall)
5-70 p.m. Dinner in the Caf – Not ready to leave campus? Why not re-live your college days and join us for an $8 all-you-can0eat buffet. (Waldorf Cafeteria-Campus Center)
6:30 p.m. Alumni Distinguished Service Award Recognition Event* – All are invited to this special event as we hear from President Bob Alsop and recognize the 2019 Alumni Distinguished Service Award honorees, Thomas Jolivette ’74 and Leslie Aasheim ’57 and the 2019 Recent Alumni Award for Service recipient, William Stokes ’08. Advance tickets needed. (Salveson Ballroom)
7:30 p.m. Theatre Showcase – (Smith Theatre)

Sunday, October 20
9:15 a.m. Homecoming Worship Service at Immanuel Lutheran Church** – Join other Waldorf alumni and members of Immanuel for worship and song. All are welcome. (Immanuel)
11 a.m. Brunch – Sponsored by the Waldorf Music Department. (Boman Fine Arts Center Leadership Mezzanine)
1 p.m. Waldorf Homecoming Music Concert – The Waldorf Choir and Wind Symphony present their homecoming concert. (Boman Fine Arts Center)
