Waldorf University is a friendly, private liberal arts school located in the heart of beautiful Forest City, Iowa. Campus Visit Opportunities

  • Individual Visits

    Schedule a day with just you and your guests to see how Waldorf is perfect for you! This is a personalized day to meet with people in your areas of interest. Geared specific to your interests. Individual visits range from 3-4 hours depending on what you want to learn.

    Individual visits can be scheduled any day Monday through Friday at 9 a.m. or 1 p.m. Any other days or times can be arranged directly with your admissions counselor.

    Guests will receive:

    • 20% discount on Waldorf Bookstore purchases
    • $500 travel grant for residential students
    • Admittance to an athletic/fine art event
    • Complimentary lunch
    • Opportunities to attend a fine arts rehearsal, athletic practice, student group meeting or sit in on a class.


  • Open House Visit Days

    Open House is a great opportunity to tour campus, meet current students, chat with professors in your field of study, meet with athletic coaches, fine art directors or leadership advisors. This event is a great resource to experience Waldorf while visiting with other prospective students.

  • Scholarship Days

    Attend Waldorf University's Scholarship Day to compete for several scholarship opportunities, including a full-tuition scholarship. New freshman applicants qualify to compete in Scholarship Day if they have either a minimum 3.25 cumulative GPA (with a minimum 18 ACT/940 SAT) or a minimum 23 ACT/1130 SAT (with a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA). Full-tuition and $2,000 winners must have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA at Waldorf University to maintain their scholarship.
