This phase consists of writing on a topic that will be provided at the date and time of participation. This will be conducted during a study hall or open period that you set up along with a teacher or counselor (during the school day). Students will have one hour to complete their essay. Students will be allowed to use a dictionary. Students should take into consideration the following while writing: overall message, sentence structure, grammar and focus of essay.
The interview phase consists of a two-person panel of Waldorf staff that will visit with students in a virtual setting. A range of questions will be considered, gearing toward the student's experiences academically, in the community and their chosen activities, groups or organizations. We encourage students to consider presentation, sentence structure, body language and appearance.
Business casual attire is suggested. Please be comfortable, but we kindly ask you not to wear jeans.
