Explore the process of creative thinking, as well as the barriers that may inhibit creative approaches. This course focuses on strategies for leveraging creative thinking in order to develop strategic innovations or to solve complex problems in organizations.


  1. Develop strategies to overcome the barriers that inhibit creative thinking.
  2. Create a procedure to foster creative thinking in a real-world organization.
  3. Identify leadership strategies for facilitating collaborative processes that innovate and solve complex problems.
