Campus Email & Campus Web
All faculty, staff and students are issued Waldorf email accounts. Waldorf College has adopted email communication as the official communication tool for campus information. All students are required to use their Waldorf assigned email account for communication with faculty, students and administrative offices. Important announcements regarding class schedules and cancellation, financial aid, registration information, business office deadlines and other important information will be sent to all students via email. It is vital for students to check their Waldorf email accounts regularly.
All Waldorf faculty, staff and student email addresses are accessible through the Global Address List in their Outlook Address book. Personal Address book options can be added for recording email addresses of family and friends.
To check Waldorf email accounts from off campus:
Waldorf faculty, staff and students can easily access their email accounts from computers off campus through Outlook Web Access. A direct link can be found on the Waldorf College website at www.waldorf.edu. Click on the Current Students tab. Access may also be obtained by entering the following link on the address line in your internet browser: owa.waldorf.edu/exchange/userid*
Note: Requires Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher
Windows 9X/ME
When prompted with a log-on box, enter the following information:
User Name: Enter your userid* Example: jonesk
Password: Enter the password
Domain: Waldorf
Windows XP
When prompted with a log-on box, enter the following information:
User Name: Enter your userid* followed by waldorf.edu
(Example: userid@waldorf.edu)
Password: Enter the password
To check Waldorf email accounts from another laptop or workstation on campus:
Instructions are the same as off campus with the following exception:
On the address line of your Internet Explorer browser, enter: Waldorf-Email/exchange/userid*
*This is your assigned user id
Troubleshooting tips:
If you experience problems accessing your email off campus, check the Security settings in Internet Explorer and be sure they are set to Medium-Low. Some Internet Service Providers, AOL being one of them, will not work with our WebMail.
Campus Web
Campus Web allows faculty and students online access to class schedules, grades, registration and class rosters. Designated user i.d.’s and PIN #’s are mailed (campus mail) to each student at the start of the semester. The site can be accessed via the Waldorf College website under “Current Students” or at the following address:
