The Office of the Registrar provides services to faculty and students from when a student is admitted through graduation and beyond. The office maintains and publishes the university schedule of course offerings each semester/term, manages the registration and enrollment processes each semester/term, and coordinates the publication of the Waldorf University catalog. Registrar staff assist with all of the changes that occur during a student's academic career, including but not limited to, changes in major/minor fields of studies, changes in names and addresses, updates in enrollment status, and certification of degree requirements. It is the Office of the Registrar that coordinates enrollment activities, manages the degree progress system, and oversees faculty course/grade roster creation/dissemination to the academic units, and grade collection so that students may see grades in the Campus Web/Student Portal and request transcripts that include final semester/term grades.

The Residential Registrar's Office is located across from the Bookstore in Voss Hall on the Waldorf University campus.
