Residence Life Staff

Resident Assistants (RA’s)
RA’s are student leaders selected to serve as helpers, resources, facilitators, and mentors to residents in their buildings and the entire campus. The RA assists residents by maintaining a safe and secure floor, encouraging involvement in campus activities through a variety of educational and social programs, assists with personal and academic concerns of students, and serves as a liaison between students and the Department of Residence Life.

Residence Hall Directors (RHD’s)
Residence Hall Directors are professional staff members of the Department of Residence Life who serve as educators outside the classroom. They are responsible for managing and maintaining each residence hall on campus and educating resident students about community living and other valuable life skills. RHD’s supervise the RA staff and oversee program development, non-clinical counseling, crisis intervention, and general administration.

Information about Hall Directors

Peter Koch
Peter serves as the Residence Hall Director for Johnson/London Hall and is the Coordinator of the First Year Experience (FYE) Program for incoming freshmen. He obtained his Bachelors of Science Degree in Social Studies Education from Bemidji State University , where he served as a part of the Residence Life Staff as a student. As Coordinator of the FYE, Peter collaborates extensively with various academic and non-academic departments on campus to identify and make resources available for the success of the freshmen students.

Andrew Saeger
Andrew is the Residence Hall Director for Ormseth and Rasmusson Halls and the Coordinator for the Theme House Program and Student Mail Service. He has a Masters of Arts with focus in Student Affairs Administration from the University of Missouri and a Bachelors of Arts in Philosophy and Computer Science from Northwest Missouri State University . For his graduate assistantship, he served as Director of Residential Life at Westminster College in Fulton , Missouri . Aside from his RHD duties, Andrew manages the student mail services.

Jananne “ Nan ” Fiebig
Nan is the Residence Hall Director for Tanner and Breen Halls and Timberland at the Village Apartments. She also serves as the Housing and Summer Conference Assistant. She obtained her Bachelors of Arts in History and Psychology from William Jewell, where she served as a member of the Residence Life Staff for three years. She came to Waldorf College from Bridgewater College , where she served as Assistant Director of the Annual Fund.
