Conversation Partners matches community
members with new international students at Waldorf College
as an opportunity for students to learn more about the English
language and American culture. The program gives the students
a chance to use their new English language skills outside
of the classroom setting. In 2006, all 3 students agreed
their Conversation Partner helped improve their ability to
be understood as well as helped them understand American
culture, slang and practices.
