Finding
the time:
Our programs are scheduled to work
around the lives of today's volunteer. Time spent depends
on the individual's preference, from a nine-week commitment
in the Conversation Partners program to a one hour per week
commitment through the academic year in a school-based program.
Equipping RSVP volunteers:
To be effective, volunteers must
be matched to an opportunity that meets their interest and
experience. RSVP of North Central Iowa enhances this by offering
training to build on that knowledge. Each of the academic
programs meet throughout the school year to ensure enjoyable
and impactful volunteer experiences. |
