General job description: Career Opportunity
At Stephen Ministries, we hire people, not positions. During the hiring process we take a look at each person’s gifts and craft the ideal position for that person based on his or her strengths and our organization’s needs.
We have openings for bright, motivated people in four career areas:
Managing, supervising, and leading the organization
Writing and developing new programs and materials
    Providing high-level administrative support
Informing, supporting, and ministering to our customers
Our internship opportunities are flexible and ongoing, meaning that we can accommodate students at any time and for any length of time. Usually, students join us full-time for the summer or for an entire semester. The internship provides an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in the not-for-profit field in the areas of business, management, customer service, writing and editing. Because we are a small organization, we are able to give each intern individualized attention and a broad range of experience—they won't be fetching coffee! You can visit to learn more.
