Summer Camp Jobs
Y-Camp hires approximately 40 people each year for equestrian staff, arts and crafts, athletics, lifeguards, ropes course staff, adventure trips, archery/riflery instructor, CIT coordinator, canoe instructor and several cabin counselors. You must be 18 years old to be a counselor.

Outdoor Education Staff
Y-Camp offers seasonal employment to naturalists and leadership staff, September through October and March through May.

Support Staff
Support staff helps with the operation of camp programs. Positions include seasonal and part time positions. Assistant cooks and dishwashers are needed from April through September; maintenance staff and office assistants are needed throughout the summer.

Help with Retreats and Conferences
Y-Camp retreat programs positions include lifeguard, equestrian staff, arts and crafts, athletics, archery/riflery instructor, canoe instructor and ropes course facilitators. Program staff must be 18 years old.

Be an Intern
Internship programs are available throughout the year and offer hands-on supervisory experience of professional staff in the areas of environmental education, summer camp, retreats and conferencing, food service, property maintenance and marketing.
