Pledge of Accountability

The decision to attend any institution of higher education entails a significant financial commitment. At Waldorf University, we believe that any decision of such magnitude should be informed by clear, accurate information. Our website provides relevant information to all prospective students and their parents, including the following:

We also commit ourselves to

  • Facilitate the appropriate and efficient transfer of applicable academic credit for both residential and online programs after an incoming student’s transcript has been reviewed;
  • Communicate clearly in writing whether completion of a given program will qualify a student for licensure in a career field; and
  • Communicate to each student, upon acceptance of her or his application, the estimated amount of financial aid she or he will receive.

Furthermore, consistent with our mission to educate the whole person, Waldorf welcomes all students, both residential and online, to truly become part of the Waldorf community. As part of our commitment to student success, we offer the Academic Achievement Center for Excellence to residential students and the Success Center to online students to improve their college-level academic preparation.

Our mission statement:
Waldorf University seeks to be an engaging community of learning and faith where relationships are formed and opportunities for learning and service abound. Our mission is to educate the whole person, emphasizing integrity and to succeed and to serve the communities where they live and work.
