Waldorf College, a four-year liberal arts school, will host an open house on Saturday, Feb. 19 to give prospective students and their parents a chance to visit the campus and learn what the college has to offer.


The Waldorf College Music Department will present a free, general student recital featuring vocal and instrumental performances at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 22 in the Odvin Hagen Music Center Recital Hall on campus.


The Waldorf Wind Symphony will present a free concert at 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 13 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Forest City. The free concert is part of the Apollo’s Lyre concert series at Waldorf which features student musicians throughout the year.


The Waldorf College Choir will perform during services at Immanuel Lutheran Church and United Methodist Church in Forest City on Sunday, Feb. 6.


The Waldorf College Theatre Department is taking dinner and a show to a whole new level by offering a feast and an exclusive, early performance of the spring musical “Kiss Me Kate,” just in time for Valentine’s Day.


Waldorf College and Immanuel Lutheran Church have started raising money for a food-packaging event set for March in partnership with the food-aid organization Kids Against Hunger.


Catherine Hager said Waldorf College, a four-year liberal arts school, is exactly what she is looking for in a college.
