Negotiation of Payment Arrangements & Acceptance of Payments

By act of registration, students accept responsibility to pay the charges for the entire semester, regardless of the method or source of payment. In general, all amounts due to Waldorf College for a specific semester must be paid according to the following schedule:

Payment Due Date

• Fall Semester - August 1
• Spring Semester - December 10
• Summer Semester - April 10

Waldorf College accepts cash, check, money order, Visa and Mastercard as forms of payment.

Please include the student ID number, or social security number on all payments.

Payment arrangement options include the following:

• Payment in Full: Payment of the amount due by the semester due date above. This plan incurs no service fee or finance charges. Students who have not paid in full by the due date or made acceptable arrangements to pay in full with the Business Office will be automatically be charged a $35 service fee.
• Payment deferred over the semester: Four monthly payments due August 1 through November 1. The total due for the semester divided by four will give you the amount of each monthly payment. Additional charges such as single rooms and music lessons will increase your monthly payment. This option has a $35 service fee for the semester and a 1% monthly finance charge (12% per annum) on the balance.

The College reserves the right to withhold registration materials, transcripts, diplomas and all other information regarding the record of any student who is in arrears in the payment of tuition, fees or any other amounts due the College including Perkins or Direct Student Loans. A student may be dismissed from the College for continued delinquency of financial obligations. Unpaid bills will be turned over to a collection agency. Collection and/or other finance charges must be paid by the student in addition to the unpaid amount before the College can release information as described in the preceding paragraph.
