Tuition Payment Options
Effective July 2007, Waldorf College requires that all international students pay their first semester’s tuition fees before receiving an I-20 document. The purpose of this rule is to help prevent the student’s from falling into financial hardships after they arrive. Any exceptions must be approved by the International Student Coordinator.
You may pay by using a check, credit card or wire transfer. Linda Harms in the Business Office may be contacted for any questions on how to pay these fees at harmsl@waldorf.edu or 00-1-641-585-8135.
CHECK:
To send a check, the check must come from a United States Bank. Make checks payable to Waldorf College and send to: Waldorf College, 106 South 6th, Forest City, IA 50436. Please write the student’s name on the Memo line of the check.
CREDIT CARD:
Only Master Card or Visa credit cards accepted. To use a credit card you may call or email the Business Office and tell them your card information. Make sure to tell them the name of the student that the money is for.

WIRE TRANSFER:
Here are instructions on wire transferring the funds.
PLEASE NOTE: Manufacturers Bank and Trust in Forest City can ONLY receive wire transfers from Bankers Bank in Madison. If your Bank can not wire directly to Wisconsin and needs to wire to an east coast bank in New York or another city in the USA, that bank MUST send it on to Bankers Bank in Wisconsin in order for it to arrive in Forest City.
