All full-time students are issued laptops while attending Waldorf University. In this section you will find instructions for the care and use of your laptop, how to connect your laptop to the Waldorf network, as well as how to obtain support or assistance for your technology needs.

Students taking online classes may email firstname.lastname@example.org or call (877) 399-1063 for assistance. Residential students may receive help by calling (641) 585-8150 during school hours or (641) 251-1020 after hours.
Waldorf IT Dept. Service Statement:
“The Waldorf IT Department will provide hardware and software support so you may efficiently and effectively use technology at Waldorf. To accomplish that goal we will proactively encourage two-way communications so that IT staff understands your needs, priorities and timelines and so that you understand the capabilities of the IT system and receive appropriate education and training to increase your self-sufficiency. As an academic and student-centered institution; first priority will be given to student and academic service needs.”
