Director of Residence Life
Lead and manage the day to day operations of residence life, including housing operations, staff support, maintenance of the residence halls, web site content management, New Student Orientation, and First Year Experience Programs. Manage the budget for residence life operations. Supervise the work and professional development of three professional residence hall directors. Manage room assignments for all residential students. Address and adjudicate violations of the student code of conduct.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
Three years of progressive supervisory experience in Residence Life that includes the following: 1. Working within allocated budget, 2. Enforcing student code of conduct, 3. Coordinating student housing assignments and webpage updates, 4. Planning new student orientation and working with programs for first year students.
Must demonstrate preparedness to support the philosophy of Lutheran Higher Education.
