Steve Kelly is in his 8th season as head coach at Waldorf College. During his era he has produced 13 All-Americans, 1 National Champion, 56 National Qualifiers and his teams have placed in the top 15 four times. 

A native of Britt, IA Kelly wrestled at Iowa Central Community College and was a National Junior College Runner-up at 167lbs.  Kelly continued his wrestling at Iowa State University and was a 3 year starter for the Cyclones.  Kelly received his Bachelors of Science in 1995. 

Kelly’s duties outside of wrestling include working in the Academic Achievement Center helping students with tutors and counseling students to achieve academic success.

Kelly and his wife DeAnna have three children: Cole (6), Kennedy (4), and Creighton (1).
