Chad Brown

| Chad Brown coached the Warriors from 1993-1998, posting a record of 77 wins and 71 losses. This included two second place finishes in Region XI. His 1995-1996 squad posted a 20-10 record -- the only twenty-win season in Waldorf College Men's Basketball history. Brown was named Region XI Coach-of-the-Year in 1995.
In 1998, Brown accepted a position at Presentation College in Aberdeen, South Dakota, as Athletic Director and Men's Basketball Coach. His 1999-2000 team posted a 12-22 mark, the best in school's history.
Brown returned to Waldorf in 2000 for his second stint with the Warriors.
Brown played soccer and golf for two years at Northwest Missouri State University after graduating from Knoxville High School. He transferred to Mid-America Nazarene, Kansas, and played basketball before taking his first head basketball position at Grand Valley High School in Kellerton, Iowa. Brown was an assistant coach at Waldorf for two season before taking the head coaching position the first time around in 1993.
Brown also serves Waldorf as an instructor in the Physical Education and Wellness Departments.
Chad and his wife, Heather, have two sons, Seth - 14 and Kyle - 10.

Barry Bendickson

| Barry Bendickson is in his 27th year as a Warrior assistant coach. He is a graduate of Northwood-Kensett High School and attended North Iowa Area Community College in Mason City.
Off the court, Bendickson is security manager at Winnebago Industries in Forest City. He has a daughter, Tori, who resides with her husband Ryan in Clear Lake. Barry and wife, Michelle, reside in Forest City with a daughter, Rachel.

Evan Clasen

Evan Clasen enters his first year of coaching at Waldorf College as a graduate assistant coach.
Clasen graduated from Clarion-Goldfield in 2004 then attended Waldorf College where he graudated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business with a Math minor. While in high school, Clasen helped with Youth clinics and middle school traveling teams.
While at Waldorf, Clasen participated in men's basketball and was a four time letter winner. Clasen was named team captain two of his four years, All-Conference as a Junior, three time Academic All-Conference, NAIA All-Scholar Athlete, and NAIA Academic All-American. During his seasons at Waldorf, Clasen helped lead the team to back to back 15 win seasons and a MCC Conference tournament finals appearance.
Clasen is pursing his Master's Degree in Sports Management. |
