Chad Gassman begins his second year as Waldorf's Head Baseball Coach and Events/Facilities Coordinator.
Gassman played at Morehead State University in Kentucky and received his Master’s Degree from Olivet-Nazarene University in Bourbannais, IL. He was an assistant coach at both Olivet-Nazarene and Young Harris College (GA) before serving as a Scout with the Florida Marlins organization.
“Chad brings an excitement for Waldorf's mission, a passion to coach baseball, a desire to serve students and an eagerness to recruit,” said Warrior Athletic Director, Denny Jerome. “He brings with him a wealth of expertise and knowledge and has been involved in two elite baseball programs at strong academic institutions.”
Chad and his wife, Shannon, have an infant daughter, Taylor.
