Admissions Checklist

  1. Send a completed application for admission to the Admission Office or fill out our online application.

  2. Have your guidance counselor mail an up-to-date transcript of your high school grades to the Admission Office.

  3. Send results of either the ACT, SAT or PSAT to the Admission office.

  4. Make your tuition deposit. If you are accepted at Waldorf, you will receive a letter of acceptance along with a tuition deposit form. The tuition deposit of $100 should be sent to the Admission Office.

  5. Furnish the Admission Office with two small photographs. Please write your name on the back of each photograph.

  6. Arrange to visit the Waldorf campus on an Open House Day or by individual appointment.

  7. Arrange to complete any requirements for scholarships (auditions, interviews, etc.).

  8. After graduation, forward a copy of your final high school transcript to the Admission Office.

  9. Plan to register for classes after receiving written notice from the Registrar's Office. Students may register in May but are welcome to register during their summer orientation and registration (visit) day on campus.

  10. Contact your physician to make arrangements for the required physical examination. Physicals must be taken after June 1. Send the completed physical form to the Admission Office.

  11. If you plan to have a motor vehicle on campus, complete the registration form and send it along with a $30 parking fee to the Student Life Office.

  12. Residence hall and roommate assignments typically are mailed to you in mid-July.
