  1. Request Information

    If you haven't already done so, and would like some more information about what Waldorf has to offer, please fill out our Request for Information (RFI) form.

  2. Application

    Fill out our FREE application online.

  3. Current Transcript

    Submit unofficial high school transcripts-have your guidance counselor send an up-to-date copy of your unofficial transcript.

  4. Submit ACT/SAT Scores

    Waldorf University has waived the ACT/SAT requirements for the 2022-2023 school year.
  5. Schedule Campus Visit

    We'd love to show you around campus! Schedule your campus visit today!
  6. FAFSA

    File your FREE Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) starting October 1 using Waldorf's code (001895). Iowa residents, July 1 is the deadline for consideration for the Iowa Tuition Grant.

  7. Review Acceptance Packet & Scholarships

    Arrange to complete any scholarship requirements that require an audition, essay, etc.

  8. Complete Housing & Tuition Deposit Form

    Secure housing assignment for the upcoming semester and get ready to sign up for your assigned Warrior Orientation and Registration (W.O.A.R.) event. Housing assignments will be sent out in summer. Housing/Tuition Deposit must be received prior to registering for W.O.A.R.
  9. Register for W.O.A.R.

    Get your first semester class schedule, meet with your student success coach and more!
  10. After High School Graduation

    Final, official transcripts must come through a secure email service such as Parchment or National Clearing House, or they can be mailed directly from the school with official stamp and unbroken seal and the must include graduation date. If you took college courses in high school, provide a final official transcript from the college with the courses that were taken; if you took AP courses and took the exam, submit AP scores as well.
  11. Complete Virtual Check-in

    A virtual check-in sheet will be sent out prior to your move-in date. Please complete before arriving on campus. Each student must complete their virtual check-in sheet before moving into their dorm room.
