Admissions Process - Residential

Checklist

  1. Application: Send a completed application for admission to the Admissions Office or fill out our free online application.
  2. Current Transcript: Arrange for your guidance counselor to mail an up-to-date transcript of your high school grades to the Admissions Office.
  3. Mail To Admissions Office Upon Acceptance:
    • Final Transcript: After your high school graduation, forward a copy of your final transcript.
    • Identification: Send two small photographs of yourself with your name written on the back of each.
    • Physical Examination Form: Required physical examinations must be taken after June 1 prior to the fall semester. Completed physical exam forms to be submitted after June 1.
    • Test Results: ACT or SAT results only.
    • Tuition Deposit:  Within your acceptance letter, you will receive a deposit form for the $100 tuition deposit. You may also pay your tuition and/or housing deposits online using the Tuition Deposit Form.
  4. Scholarships: Arrange to complete any scholarship requirements that require an audition, interview, etc.
  5. FAFSA: File your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) using Waldorf's code (001895) as soon as possible after October 1.
  6. Registration: Upon receiving a written notice from the Registrar's Office, students may register during Orientation and Registration Days on campus.
  7. Parking Fee: If you’re planning to have a motor vehicle on campus, please complete the registration form and send it (along with the $30 parking fee) to the Student Life Office.
  8. Housing: Housing deposits may be paid with the tuition deposit form in your acceptance letter, or online using the Tuition Deposit Form. Residence halls and roommate assignments will be mailed to you in mid-July.
