Dr. Sue Falck-Yi - Department of English
Research Interest: The serialization of 19th-century British novels. She is currently doing an analysis of the relationship between American author Laura Ingals Wilder and daughter, Rose Wilder Lane .
Dr. Doug Biggs - Department of History
Research Interest: Late Medieval England, specifically the reigns of Richard II (1377-99) and Henry IV (1399-1413).
Dr. Matt Plowman - Department of History
Research Interest: The illumination and emphasis of Irish connections in the conspiracy and trial of a World War I Indo-German plot to ship American weapons to India for a revolt against the British.
Dr. Jeff Biessman - Department of Education
Research Interest: Why do we teach what we teach? Looking at topics related to curriculum choices and technology in secondary classrooms.
Dr. Paul Bartelt - Department of Biology
Research Interest: Conservation of amphibians. He is combining field data with remotely sensed data to predict the distribution and abundance of amphibians across landscapes.
Dr. Kimberly Murphy - Department of Biology
Research Interest: Studies biofilms to provide results that will help design new therapeutic agents. Also combines genetics, molecular biology and bioinformatics to study genes involved in the fruiting body formation of the myxococcus xanthus organism.
Dr. Kelli Gardiner - Department of Psychology
Research Interest: Researching how people support others who are facing stressful situations and how the challenges of a long distance romantic relationship affect the relationship satisfaction of people in long distance relationships.
