Highlights

Trips Abroad -- Students have the opportunity during their BA program studies to travel overseas for 2 or 3 weeks, learning both the cultural and economic characteristics of the country. Past trips have included London, Ireland and Brazil.

Internships -- Faculty and staff work with students to secure an internship that matches their interests in locations convenient for them. Recent students have found themselves at Winnebago Industries, Principal Financial, and the State of Iowa.

Field Trips -- Students take field trips to companies to gain valuable interaction and observation that take place with this type of on-site learning.

Students outside Salveson HallCareer Center -- Assistance is offered to students at the Freshman level to assess personal interests, career options, and choice of a major. Sophomores explore careers, internship placement, and transfer options. Juniors and Seniors get assistance in resume writing, job interviewing, career choices, and internships. Graduate School Entrance -- Personalized instruction from Waldorf faculty helps with the selection and admittance process for graduate school.

Law School Preparation -- A Waldorf BA degree in business is good preparation for law school. Waldorf's faculty help students select law schools for application and provide letters of recommendation.
