Admissions Checklist

Applying to colleges can sometimes be an intimidating experience. At Waldorf College, we try to make this process as easy as possible for our prospective students. Use this checklist to help you along the way. If you run into any questions, don't hesitate to contact one of our helpful admissions counselors.

  1. Send a completed application for admission to the Admission Office or fill out our free online application.
  2. Have your guidance counselor mail an up-to-date transcript of your high school grades to the Admission Office.
  3. Send results of either the ACT, SAT or PSAT to the Admission office.
  4. Submit your advance tuition deposit. If you are accepted at Waldorf, you will receive a letter of acceptance along with a tuition deposit form. The tuition deposit of $100 should be sent to the Admission Office.
  5. We would appreciate receiving two small photographs. Please write your name on the back of each photograph and send to the Admission Office.
  6. Arrange to visit Waldorf College on an Open House Day or arrange an individual campus visit.
  7. Arrange to complete any requirements for scholarships that require an audition, interview, etc.
  8. File your FAFSA using Waldorf's code of 001895 as soon as possible after January 1.
  9. After graduation, forward a copy of your final high school transcript to the Admission Office.
  10. Plan to register for classes after receiving written notice from the Registrar's Office. Students may register in May but are welcome to register during their summer Orientation and Registration Days on campus.
  11. Contact your physician to make arrangements for the required physical examination. Physicals must be taken after June 1 prior to the Fall semester. Send the completed physical form to the Admission Office.
  12. If you plan to have a motor vehicle on campus, complete the registration form and send it along with a $30 parking fee to the Student Life Office.
  13. Residence hall and roommate assignments typically are mailed to you in mid-July.
