Most memorable event/achievement at Waldorf - "I've been nominated for two Irene Ryan National Acting Scholarships and was able to compete at the Kennedy Center's American College Theatre Festival (KCACTF) for the scholarship. Although I did not advance, it was still an incredible honor to just be nominated (as lame as that sounds!) The Waldorf Theatre Department has stretched me beyond my "types" and for that I am very thankful." Advice for new students - "Never give up! If you don't get the role you want...keep trying! Waldorf's Theatre Department provides numerous opportunities for all kinds of students. The professors honor and reward hard workers and are not afraid to give first year students a chance. Give it a try; you never know what you'll learn!"
