Music Camp 2010

August 23-27

Waldorf College Music Camp is week-long event is required for any student interested in performing with our various ensembles: Waldorf Wind Symphony, Jazz Band, Sangkor Women's Choir and St. Christopher Chorale. Plan to join us for five days of rehearsals mixed with fun social activities. Auditions for placement in the ensembles will be held on the last day.

Please view the list of items below and be sure to submit your registration by July 15.

Christmas with Waldorf

2010 Dates

  • Saturday, December 4 at 7:30 pm
  • Sunday, December 5 at 3:00 pm

In annual tradition, the Waldorf Choir, The Waldorf Wind Symphony, St. Christopher Chorale, Sangkor Women’s Ensemble and the Vikings Men’s Chorus leads us into the Advent and Christmas seasons under a different theme each year.

The concerts will be held in the John K. and Luise V. Hanson Fieldhouse on Saturday, December 4 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, December 5 at 3 p.m. Tickets can be purchased in advance starting in October.

Another delightful opportunity is the Scandinavian Dinner. This candlelight buffet dinner has all your favorite Scandinavian foods plus an array of other delicious items. It includes several types of meats, potatoes, vegetables, desserts and a variety of salads. It’s not just lutefisk and lefse! The dinners will be served in the beautifully decorated Atrium located on campus at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 4 and at 5 p.m. on Sunday, December 5. Tickets must be purchased in advance.

A combination package including dinner and concert tickets can be purchased.
