MINNESOTA TIMBERWOLVES Minneapolis, MN GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: The Corporate Services Intern is responsible for assisting the Corporate Services Department with fulfillment all marketing and promotional elements as they relate to specified corporate partnerships.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Execute in-arena promotions: on-court contests (time-outs and quarter-breaks), pre-game sponsor-related activity, concourse level events (sponsor booths, interactive areas) and other sponsor-related ceremonies and events. 2. Handle sponsor premium giveaways: set-up, storage and distribution of materials. 3. Assist Corporate Account Supervisor’s with sponsor promotions: mailings, sorting contest entries, performing miscellaneous copying, routing and filing activities. 4. Assist with sponsor appearances: Dance team, mascot, and/or player. 5. Aid in hosting sponsor events and parties. 6. Assist with preparation of PowerPoint Client Evaluations. 7. Assist with tracking signage inventory, radio and television affidavits and publications.
 

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: • Must be at least a junior or senior in college. • Must be able to receive college credit for professional experience gained. • Ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds • Strong communication and organization skills • Ability to Multitask in a fast-paced environment Note: When you apply for this job online, you will be required to answer the following questions: 1.
