Responsibilities: The associate will gain a wide range of experience in commercial real estate finance for a growing financial services organization originating loans across the United States. Under the direct supervision of the Commercial Mortgage Department, the associate will be responsible for conducting financial analysis on potential real estate investments, aiding in the closing/due diligence process, and conducting maintenance and monitoring of the existing portfolio
Experience and Qualifications: •Full-time student enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited 4-year College or University in the field of finance, economics, or other directly related field. •Students should be entering at least their junior year and have at least one term remaining following completion of the intern program. •Candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills. •Candidate must possess proficient knowledge of software used for investment analysis and reporting such as Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access.
