The Waldorf Community Artist Series will complete its 25th season on Sunday, April 21, with a performance by Icelandic flutists Gudrún Birgisdóttir and Martial Nardeau at Immanuel Lutheran Church at 7:30 p.m.

This spring, the world’s longest-running play will appear at Waldorf College’s Smith Theatre. Agatha Christie’s “The Mousetrap” runs Wednesday, April 10, through Saturday, April 13.

On April 18 at 8 p.m. and April 21 at 2 p.m. in the Box of Black at Waldorf College, three wenches will tell a story that has stood the test of time. "The Complete Works of William Shakespeare Abridged” by Adam Long, Daniel Singer, and Jess Winfield condenses the works of the Bard into about 90 minutes.

Waldorf College welcomes two former Iowa State University professors to the Recital Hall on Monday, April 8, for a special music presentation: “Shouts of Joy! A Presentation of New Hymns.”

On Tuesday, March 26, Waldorf College will welcome three speakers to campus for its History and Political Science Symposium. This year’s program, “Iowans in the Civil War,” will concentrate on the state’s involvement in the war, as well as Iowans that served with the Union and Confederate armies.
