Forest City, Iowa – Waldorf College continues the tradition of organ donation awareness on campus by hosting its annual 5K on Saturday, September 29. Revenues from the event will be donated to the Iowa Donor Network.
Dr. Robert AuFrance will debut his original play Lawn Mower Wars as the opening show of Waldorf College’s 2012-2013 theatre season.

In 1776, a group of 13 separate colonies came together and declared their independence. They won the War for Independence (1776—1783) and set forth to establish a new government for the United States of America.
In 1787, fifty-five representatives from 12 states met in Philadelphia to create a new government. On September 17, 1787 thirty-nine members of the Constitution Convention signed the final draft of the United States Constitution.

Biology professor Dr. Paul Bartelt will join Governor Terry Branstad’s Advisory Boards to strengthen the science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education in local and statewide schools.
