Waldorf Volleyball Graduate Assistant

Description:
Waldorf College is seeking qualified candidates for the position of women’s volleyball graduate assistant.  Acceptable candidates must possess a strong work ethic, superb computer skills, excellent organizational skills, a dedication to students, an interest in pursuing a career in coaching and a valid driver’s license.  Waldorf College is a NAIA program located in Forest City, Iowa.  The candidate will receive an online graduate tuition waiver and a stipend per month for 9 months, and housing arrangements in a college dormitory.
 
Qualifications:           
Undergraduate degree and admission into the graduate program at Columbia Southern University.  Acceptable candidates must possess a strong work ethic, superb computer skills, excellent organizational skills, a dedication to students, an interest in pursuing a career in coaching and a valid driver’s license. 

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, assisting in all phases of the recruiting process, monitor the academic progress of student athletes, overseeing weight training and conditioning sessions, performing individual skill development workouts, conducting film exchange, onsite coaching duties, and other duties as assigned by the head coach.
