Education Representative - LOCATION: ORANGE BEACH, AL

Waldorf College is seeking an Education Representative to join our Online Programs and Outreach team. The Education Representative will be responsible for planning and working conferences, Education Fairs, Partner and Military Base visits where Waldorf is represented.  Education Representatives will travel a minimum of 125 days per year presenting information and answering inquiries while providing an exceptional customer experience. Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, and competence in assembling displays.  

This position is located in Orange Beach, Alabama and is a full-time, 12 month, exempt and benefit eligible position. 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
 
  • Research, select, plan and attend appropriate conferences or visits to market Waldorf College
  • Completes exhibition kits and chooses materials needed to be shipped
  • Executes all travel arrangements necessary
  • Plans calendar and shares all dates with Event Planner
  • Secures additional representatives as needed for larger shows
  • Contact and visit Learning Partners and potential Learning Partners to provide information and support
  • Provide leads generated from conferences to Follow-up Department
  • Maintain and reconcile credit card expense receipts and reports
  • Build relationships with ESOs, Corporate Learning Partners, Police and Fire Departments
  • Seek out new markets for prospective students
  • Travel a minimum of 125 days per year, including some weekends and holidays.
  • Establish priorities work independently, and proceed with assigned objectives
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Contact 10 potential students or partners per day when in the office
  • Complete special assigned tasks as needed and directed

Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required. 
  • Experience in customer service and sales preferred.
