Waldorf College has an immediate opening for the position of Admission Counselor to join a fun and dynamic team in the Office of Admission. The Admission Counselor position is essential to supporting the mission and enrollment goals of Waldorf College This position reports to the Director of Admissions and would be responsible for an assigned territory as well as some territories outside of the Midwest. Waldorf College believes in working to ensure a welcoming and an engaging experience from the first interaction through to graduation.
The successful candidate would be engaging, able to work independent yet be a part of a team, able to interact with all types of people and have a fun and positive demeanor.
Recruiting activities would include visits at both high schools and other colleges; representation at college fairs; correspondence by telephone, email, social media and mail; developing and cultivating relationships with prospective students and their families; reviewing prospective student application materials for acceptance. Recruiting would primarily be for residential students, however would also be able to assist with and communicate information about our online programs as well.
