Waldorf’s A.A. in Criminal Justice degree provides the opportunity to explore the three primary areas of the criminal justice system: law enforcement, courts and corrections. Beyond the Introduction to Criminal Justice course, students can select courses of greatest interest to tailor the concentration to their needs or wants. This flexibility provides a broad overview of the three elements of criminal justice or the option to focus more in-depth on specific areas of interest.

Option to Continue Towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice
For students who may wish to pursue a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice in the future, the associate degree program is designed to prepare for entry into Waldorf’s bachelor’s degree programs with upper division standing.

Estimated time to complete the Associate of Arts program is two years with full-time enrollment.
