Waldorf’s Human Resource Management certificate is built upon the key competencies identified by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). The certificate program includes a foundational course in human resource management, as well as the flexibility for students to choose four additional courses, each reflecting a key competency identified by SHRM. Waldorf’s Human Resource Management certificate is designed for current or aspiring professionals with a specific interest in the management of people and talent.

Estimated time to complete this certificate program is six to twelve months.
