The certificate programs are designed for both current and aspiring professionals. Learners may seek a certificate exclusively to advance their career-related knowledge and skills, and other learners may pursue a certificate as a stepping stone toward Waldorf’s online associate degree or bachelor’s degree programs. For students who wish to pursue a degree, the Diversity and Inclusion certificate is designed to coordinate with either the A.A. degree or the B.S. in Organizational Leadership at Waldorf College.

Diversity and Inclusion Certificate
To compete in today’s knowledge economy, top organizations seek a diverse workforce in order to leverage wide-ranging talent. Waldorf’s Diversity and Inclusion certificate is designed to explore the complex dynamics of workforce diversity. This program also examines the psychology of prejudice and discrimination, employment and labor law, and diverse perspectives related to gender, generation, race, religion, and ethnic culture.

Estimated time to complete this certificate program is six to twelve months.

Certificate Program Requirements

  • Completion of the certificate’s curriculum and credit requirements
  • All certificate courses must be completed at Waldorf College
  • Minimum of grade C for each course
